SacredKiln.com is located in Ontario Canada. We strive to keep shipping costs at a minimum. You are charged only for actual shipping costs which is made up of postage paid to Canada Post and a small handling fee. The handling fee is to cover the cost of the packaging materials such as bubble wrap, boxes, zip lock bags and packing tape. We recycle packaging materials whenever possible to keep this cost down. We do not make money on shipping.
Unlike many online stores, SacredKiln.com maintains an on site inventory and almost always ships out the next business day so if you see it here then it should be in stock.

Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have received goods that you
are not satisfied with please email
